It Was All Good Just A Week Ago!
It was all good just a week ago; shoe boxes full, but no sneakers though. Rappers aren’t the only ones that live by that. That’s the mentality that hustlers all over know way to well. It seems like they can read through anything, anybody and any situation except when it comes to whom they make wifey…Fellas you may know the game and you know the chance that you are taking every day but does she know that? Yea she can brag to her friends in the hair salon that she just got a new car with light tints for her born day; but she has no clue what an indictment is. Men mess up from the gate when they try to spoil their women with material things.
Rule number 1 should be; find out if she is there for the love or the excitement. For the life of me I can’t understand why good girls love bad boys. But I’m guessing the questions here is; is this love or lust? News flash, nothing last forever, and when the grey skies replace the good times, ladies will you still love him? What happens when someone tells on him and now the Feds have him boxed in, you lived with this man so you must know something right? That’s what the boys in blue are asking. Now you are thinking, what do I do? Ummm how about ride???
How fast life changes when you are a part of the game. We all like to quote how things were all good just a week ago, but how do you feel now; your man is wearing the same clothes for a week in a row? What happens next? Do you give him your checks? Do you pawn the tennis bracelets and the earrings from when the two of you first started dating so he can get back situated? (Mr. Hustler, I know you don’t want to ask; but something’s you just have to know.)
To all the wifey’s of hustlers to you stick by your man or do you ignore the collect calls little by little? He put himself in there; he can get himself out right? Or do you believe that the Judge broke you two up. Ladies, No one is saying do a life bid for him, but when the going gets tough don’t you think that you should show him the same love you did when he was on the come up? He never heard you complain one time when you was riding shot gun, but you can’t ride big now, they seized everything even the squatter with the rims. Funny he needs you now, last summer you were saying how you were the Bonnie to his Clyde, but today you can’t think straight unless it’s in a high price designer suit. But you are upset because he didn’t understand that the drought affects you too. Who is right and who is wrong here? Or is it just that no one wins when they play this game…

DONT SNITCH…DONT SNITCH..DONT SNITCH…You knew what you were dealing with AT THE BEGINNING. Now ya boy caged in and your boxter dreams are gone. So what to do? find something else to dream about? like a lambo? when your dealin with a hustler, you have to understand that he has to TRUST you. something that not many men can do with women in general. you mean something to him. and you tell, or bail on him? not right. find a good guy that has a LEGAL business established if your ot gonna ride.
The writer hit this right on the nose. When i first met my man he was making MONEY! After a few month his friend needed help on his job so my man was helping him out, then boss took him on full time. HE was working and making the money on the side. I loved it. But then after a while he said he was done with the side job and was just going to do it legit. The money inst how it was before but I still love him and am right by his side. On top of that, im not scared when i sleep that the FEDS is gonna knock the door down at night.
